The first time I was asked to be an officiant - it was for my sister’s wedding. “Do as the bride asks” is what I was told growing up, so I said I would.

After my experience, I paid more attention to other wedding ceremonies over the years and I began to notice just how officiants either drag the ceremony along or fail to do the simple things right, like make sure everyone in the audience can hear the vows.

My goal for any ceremony is to create a simple, happy, and meaningful experience where I can take the stress away from the bride and groom for a few moments. I aim to create a relaxed atmosphere where the couple can focus on what truly matters—their love and commitment to each other.
